Membership shall always at branch level. If branch does not exists in the district desired by new member, then the new member will be attached with BANAE-NEC temporarily. As soon as 25 member registers in that district (geographical district), an ad-hoc committee will be formed and authorized by National/State Executive Committee to start the operations/ activities. If branch exist and operational in the district / city desired by new member then membership will be transferred to the desired branch within 30 working days.

A Member can not be attached with more than one branch.

Membership shall be confirmed by BANAE within 15 working days, till such time membership shall be provisional.

If application for the membership is not accepted by BANAE then payment made shall be refunded within 15 working days.

Membership registration of new Members can also be done offline at branch level, wherever branches are existing. However, all members (new / existing) are required to fill in the membership details online to build-up unified database of all members at National level.

All members will be allotted an unique membership number at National level.
